Dolomite Grinding Mill

Description

Dolomite is a type of calcium-magnesium carbonate sedimentary rock. It is primarily composed of dolomite, with small amounts of calcite, clay minerals, pyrite, magnesite, and sometimes gypsum, celestite, barite, pyrite, and organic matter, among others. Dolomite is typically grayish-white in color and bears resemblance to limestone in appearance. Various transitional ore types can be delineated between limestone and dolomite based on the proportion of calcite to dolomite. Generally, dolomite refers to relatively pure dolomite with a calcite content of less than 5%.

Construction Industry

Dolomite Powder Processing Technology

Phase One: Crushing

Large chunks of dolomite are crushed by a crusher into feed fineness suitable for entry into the mill (15mm-50mm).

Phase Two: Grinding

The crushed dolomite fragments are conveyed to the silo by an elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by conveying equipment for grinding.

Phase Three: Classification

The materials after grinding are classified by a classifier, and the unqualified particles are returned to the main machine for re-grinding after classification by the classifier.

Phase Four: Collection

Particles meeting the fineness requirements enter the dust collector through pipes for separation and collection. The collected finished particles are sent to the finished product silo by a conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged uniformly using a powder packaging tank truck or automatic packaging machine.
