Typically, pyrolysis of waste tires yields approximately 40% – 60% pyrolysis oil, 30% – 40% pyrolysis carbon black, and 10% – 20% combustible gas.

Rubber and Tire Industry

Requirement: Fineness usually ranges between 200 mesh and 400 mesh, equivalent to a particle size of 75 µm to 38 µm.

Reason: This fineness allows the carbon black to disperse well within the rubber matrix, providing good reinforcement, improving abrasion resistance, and enhancing aging resistance.
