Working Principle:

The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, while air enters the mill from the inlet. Materials are fed into the center of the disc by a screw feeder and move outward under centrifugal force. As materials pass through the grinding roller path on the disc, they are crushed by the rolling pressure. The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the disc until swept up by a strong airflow, while larger particles fall back for further grinding. The airflow carries the fine particles to the upper separator where coarse particles are sent back to the disc for regrinding, and the fine powder exits the mill with the airflow to be collected by the system’s collector.
